adequate stay but some shortcomings
small room inconvenient bill
The location was good. It provided easy access to nearby attractions.
the room felt smaller than expected, space was tight for luggage and movement. also, i was disappointed that the rooftop bar staff struggled to provide change for larger bills. this made settling the bill inconvenient and somewhat embarrassing.

unpleasant bathroom smell ridiculous minibar
The staff at check-in was nice and efficient. I didn't wait too long.
My room had this odd smell, and i suspect it came from the bathroom drain. It was pretty unpleasant. also, the minibar prices were ridiculous. i mean, really

charmed by return visit
fruit basket happy staff luggage storage warm welcome
after a halong bay cruise of two days, i returned. they let me check out, stored my luggage. a fruit basket welcomed me back with all my things. the staffs welcomed me so happily, they asked how my trip went.
the hotel is a little more expensive. the price might be because of the area. i think there are other hotels with cheaper prices with better service.

the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions, it made exploring the area easy and convenient, allowing me to quickly reach various points of interest.

The hotel staff were helpful and kind throughout my visit. I received a welcome drink and fresh fruit upon check-in, a pleasant surprise. The staff inquired about my day and did their utmost to accommodate my needs. It ensured a peaceful and relaxed stay..
